Exercise of the data subjects rights
Under European data protection law, you have a right to request access to the personal and sensitive data which you have voluntarily provided to us and that we hold about you.
We recognise that some of the information that you provide when registering with us will change from time to time. To ensure that you receive only the information that you want and need, we have set up a Profile Centre where you can, at any time, check and if necessary update the information that you have provided to us.
The Profile Centre also contains details of your subscriptions to our email information services and you can subscribe to, or unsubscribe from these according to your needs and interests.
We have protected the access to your data in the Profile Centre with a password which only you know.
You can change information you have previously provided to us at any time.
Any changes you submit will be made electronically and will be effective immediately upon submission.
Please note that requests to delete personal data will be subject to any applicable legal and ethical reporting or document filing or retention obligations imposed on us.
The Data Protection Act/Law gives you the right to access the personal data that we hold and process by responding to your requests. In-house suppression lists
If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your communication preferences (subscriptions) in the Profile Centre.
Please note that if you opt-out from all direct marketing email communication from us, we transfer your email address to our in-house suppression list which is the standard method for ensuring that you do not receive emails.
